Absolutely recommend! Where better to learn to make pasta and gelato than Italy?! David was wonderful, the food was incredible! They accommodated my vegetarian request with an incredible pesto. All food was phenomenal and there was plenty for it to be my dinner and dessert AND I got to learn! You should definitely sign up! Thanks David!

Cannot recommend this enough, it was so fun and tasty for the whole group. The chef was kind and knowledgeable, having a fun time with us. They also give you the recipes to recreate at home in the end. There was more than enough food and drink for all, they refill pitchers of wine and both types of pasta and gelato leave you stuffed. We made classic ravioli with tomato sauce and a traditional carbonara. Come hungry! (but not starving because the food is served at the end, lol)

We had so much fun learning from Victoria. She taught us all we needed to know to make the pasta and gelato at home for family. The recipes are so great to have. They sent a vanilla gelato recipe instead of the chocolate we had made. When I replied and asked for the variations to make the chocolate, they sent those to me, and I have already used them to impress my family. The pasta we made was the best pasta we ate while we were in Italy. What a fun activity, and a bit of a variation from seeing another church or museum. It’s nice to have a variety.

My wife and I attended the Pasta and Gelato making class by Chef John. It was a great activity and we enjoyed the culinary experience along with other guests. The group was awesome and Chef John was fun. We got Vegetarian options too to taste and that was helpful. Overall, a nice relaxing, fun-filled afternoon and we loved it.
