Description
We’ll craft three types of fresh pasta: fettuccine, ravioli, and tortelli including a fresh tomato-based sauce. Chef-led workshops end with a sit-down dinner of your creations, paired with organic Tuscan wine bottled locally. After the preparation session, we’ll enjoy the dishes we’ve made, cooked expertly by a seasoned chef. Every attendee will shape their own pasta, and afterward, we’ll combine and cook it all together, sharing the meal with the rest of the participants, embodying the spirit of an Italian family gathering. Additionally, a dessert awaits you, along with a guidebook to aid in your future pasta-making endeavors.

Our host, Milena, was absolutely lovely. She was very knowledgeable about all things pasta and made it entertaining for us to learn. We made 3 kinds of pasta and are very excited to bring out new found skills home with us. Additionally, the pasta was amazing! You get all the recipes to take home with you. They serve you wine to enjoy during the class as well. 10/10 recommend.

This was an absolutely fantastic family experience (with two teenagers to boot!!). We learned a lot, weren’t rushed, etc. I liked the way we worked on the whole thing individually but each one of us contributing to the group meal, that was fun. The whole thing really was though all due to Fransesco our chef, he was absolutely fantastic, he totally completed the experience. We were in Europe for a month, this made the top 5 list.

One of our favorite experiences in Florence!!! We had a fantastic time during the pasta class. After check in, you waited with a large group for a few minutes before being taken downstairs to see the Pastamania info video- cheesy and informative! Then, we were sorted into different small groups / rooms with your instructors- we had about 12 in our group. Valentina was our instructor and she was incredible!!! High energy, quick with feedback and assistance, made our whole group feel at ease and made connections between all of us to create a great group atmosphere, wonderfully knowledgeable and a pro at her craft, and an all around delight. We had time to chat with our group before, during, and after cooking. It was wonderful to meet travelers from around the world and we really felt like a cohesive group by the end of the night! We learned so much about making pasta and did so in a relaxed, fun environment. Valentina put together the final dishes and it was delicious! Vegetarian friendly, which is a plus for me. Shared a great dessert and received all the recipes. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting an authentic cooking class in Florence!!!
