Description
Visit a 900-year-old Tuscan castle, where you can learn how to make pasta and taste wine from the historic cellars, on this half-day tour. With a small group, eat a lunch of pasta you made by hand and taste three wines. After lunch, enjoy free time to explore the vineyards and wander the castle’s grounds.
A narrated journey through the old castle’s underground chambers with sampling of 3 wines and regional delicacies will narrate our past. In the culinary space, our head chef will greet you, unveiling the age-old mysteries of crafting “tagliatelle” and “tagliolini”, the classic handcrafted pasta complemented with appropriate sauces. The session culminates with savoring the meals crafted during the workshop.

This experience was worth every penny! Thomas did an amazing job explaining the history of the castle and the wine making process. Chef Jerry was wonderful teaching our class!!! The food was amazing! Our lunch was the best food we have had on our trip, and of the course the WINE! I can’t wait to enjoy our shipment of wine in the US. Thank you to the entire team!
