Description
Departing from our headquarters in a private vehicle, you’ll be introduced to your dedicated driver with an exclusive car and your local guide as well as wine expert. Our initial destination in Chianti is the innovative Antinori estate in Bargino, nestled amidst the verdant Chianti landscapes. Within the winery, savor an array of wines while your guide regales you with tales and history of the Antinori lineage. Midway between the Antinori estate and the Brolio Castle, we’ll enjoy a meal at the authentic Tuscan eatery, “La Cantinetta di Rignana”. Delight in regional specialties like salami, cheeses, Tuscan crostini, handcrafted pasta or meat dishes, all paired with wines and local delicacies. Our journey culminates at the Brolio Castle and the adjacent Barone Ricasoli vineyard. A private tour awaits, allowing you to explore the castle and its vineyards, accompanied by tastings of their diverse wine offerings.

What a beautiful experience! I highly recommend. You will have a private driver and tour guide who will quickly and safely take you from Florence into wine country. Our tour guide- Martina – had a wealth of knowledge about wine, food, and Florence history and culture. Plus, she customized the experience to our level of knowledge of wine and Italy so we could truly appreciate what we were seeing and tasting. We will be back!

A memorable tour to say the least. Our guide, Lavinia, is extremely knowledgeable and a subject matter expert in the Tuscany area and their vineyards. She is a Sommelier by education and she was born and raised in Tuscany. She has many years of experience in the Travel/Tourism industry and this was reflected in her presentations and explanations of the area and its history. Not enough can be said about her professionalism, knowledge and understanding of the Tuscan/Italian heritage. The highest compliment that can be paid to any individual that is successful at their profession is to recommend them. I would ask for her by name if you book this tour. I guarantee you will want to book the tour again with her because there wasn’t enough time to answer all of your questions. Jim and Linda Dionne Walpole, Massachusetts April 2023
